Back Matter

As a print designer for Issue 7 of Back Matter at The New School, my goal was to respect the writers' work and vision while also adhering to the visual language the design team decided upon. I focused on designing layouts for poetry and multimedia art pieces, as well as one local story, and additionally contributed through copyediting the final draft and creating a logo concept that inspired the back cover art. Below are my final designs alongside my initial concepts.
